田红星,中共党员,理学博士,专注于新型半导体光电器件的前沿研究。研究领域涵盖材料制备、晶体质量的先进表征、器件设计及应用,深度融合物理学、化学、材料学与半导体物理学等多学科交叉知识。以第一作者身份在Nature Synthesis、ACS Energy Letters等国际权威期刊发表多篇SCI学术论文。热忱欢迎对半导体光电器件、新能源材料方向感兴趣的师生交流探讨。
